At SmartHomeGoodies, we strive to ensure your orders reach you promptly and in excellent condition. The following shipping policy outlines important details about how we handle shipping and deliveries:

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to SmartHomeGoodies! We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and that your orders are delivered promptly. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below, which is aligned with our print-on-demand model and managed through Printify’s network of print providers.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the rates provided by Printify’s print providers, and these rates may vary depending on the destination and the selected print provider. Any applicable shipping fees will be transparently displayed before you complete your order.

The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

Orders need 2-3 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Europe:

  • Standard: 4-9 business days after dispatch
  • Priority: 3-6 business days after dispatch
  • Express: 2-5 business days after dispatch

North & South America:

  • Standard: 3- 9 business days after dispatch
  • Priority: 3-6 business days after dispatch
  • Express: 2-5 business days after dispatch

Asia-Pacific:

  • Standard: 10-20 business days after dispatch
  • Priority: 3-6 business days after dispatch
  • Express: 2-5 business days after dispatch

Rest of the world:

  • Standard: 10-20 business days after dispatch
  • Priority: 3-6 business days after dispatch
  • Express: 2-5 business days after dispatch

Customs/import fees are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by the country's regulations to which the goods are shipped to.

Delivery times are estimates. Please note that delays of up to 10 business days may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

With Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered by your local postal service.

DELIVERY: Delivery is handled by Printify's Print Providers (mainly based in USA), and delivery time may take upto 2-4 business days within USA and 4-10 business days for Rest of the World.

Tracking

All orders are 100% tracked. You'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

Delivery  Delays:

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout. Please note that these times are approximate and depend on the location of the customer, the print provider’s location, and the logistics partners. While we aim to meet these delivery estimates, delays may occur due to external factors such as shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

SmartHomeGoodies cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or local postal services. However, we will assist you in tracking your order and ensuring its timely delivery.

Order Fulfillment & Packaging:

As all of our products are made on-demand, items in your order may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages. Despite this, you will only be charged a single shipping fee for the entire order, no matter how many packages are shipped.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:

We proudly offer international shipping, which is subject to Printify’s global shipping network and rates. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination country and the chosen print provider. 

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, we kindly request that you notify us via email within 4 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production could have already commenced. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for each order is displayed on our shipping page which is usually 4-10 days. These times are indicative and may vary depending on factors such as location, distance, and our logistics partners. While we aim to deliver within the specified time frame, we are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners. However, we will work closely with them to help track and resolve any delivery issues.


Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages, depending on where items are shipped from. Rest assured, you will only be charged a single delivery fee, regardless of the number of packages.


Order Tracking

Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.



Special Delivery Requests

If you require a delivery within a specific time frame, please leave a note when placing your order and email us at smarthomegoodies@gmail.com. We will do our best to meet your requested time, but we cannot guarantee it.


Reliable Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and reliable shipping companies to deliver orders domestically and internationally. In case your address falls outside their service area, we will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. If you refuse a shipment or there are three failed delivery attempts, we cannot process a refund.

 

Domestic Delivery 

Domestic delivery requires 4 to 10 days after order confirmation.


International Shipping
