How long does it take to print and ship my new phone case?
We have teams in Australia, US, UK and the EU (Italy) and Asia (South Korea) who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 2 - 5 business days for production.
Kindly note express shipping doesn't mean express production.
Will this case fit my iPhone 16 Pro Max?
SmartHomeGoodies cases are model-specific — each case is precision-engineered for one exact iPhone model. Our cases are available for iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, 12 Mini, iPhone 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 13 Mini, iPhone 14, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, 14 Plus, iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 15 Plus, iPhone 16, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 16 Plus, and the iPhone 17 series. Always select your exact model from the dropdown on the product page before adding to cart. If you are unsure of your model, go to Settings → General → About → Model Name on your iPhone.
Is this case compatible with MagSafe?

Does this case work with wireless charging?
Yes. All SmartHomeGoodies cases support Qi and Qi2 wireless charging standards. Simply place your phone face-up on any compatible wireless charging pad — there is no need to remove the case. Our dual layer silicone and TPU construction is thin enough to maintain full wireless charging efficiency without any reduction in charging speed. MagSafe cases additionally support 15W fast wireless charging when used with an official MagSafe charger.
Can I use the same case for iPhone 15 and iPhone 16?
No — iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 have different dimensions, camera placements, and button layouts, which means cases are not interchangeable between generations. Each SmartHomeGoodies case is manufactured to the precise measurements of one specific model. Fitting an iPhone 15 case onto an iPhone 16 may leave gaps around the camera module, compromise drop protection, and block the Action Button.
